MadDog Airsoft temporary site rules and booking terms
Reopening event 6th December, advance booking only.
We are very lucky to operate our site in a beautiful open space with acres of room, lots of fresh air and room for you to move safely. We have worked hard to put appropriate measures in place without distracting from your enjoyment. Please take a few moments to read through this update of measures taken, new site rules and booking procedures before registering for an event.
Before you leave home
If you are experiencing any of the covid-19 symptoms, or living with anyone displaying symptoms then you should not attend, please stay at home and follow the government advice. You can check the latest government list of symptoms here.Those who are considered in a high-risk group should not attend.
Insurance waivers and UKARA Registration Forms will not be provided on site to fill in on the day until further notice. All forms are available on this website to download below. All participants must complete the new waiver and return it to us either digitally signed or scanned/photo by email before attending to firstname.lastname@example.org This reduces the time during check in and the need for paper waivers.
All bookings must be made by telephone or email and paid either over the phone or by bank transfer, we are only able to accept players who have booked and paid in advance, please do not just turn up as I am afraid we will have to turn you away, there are no exceptions to this rule so please do not ask.
To book a place you can pay by card over the phone Wednesdays to Sundays on 07793148726 or contact us for bank details. You will also need to select which team you would like to be on, we will do our best to honour this.
Please remember to charge your batteries before you leave home as this facility is not available at present. We will have charged batteries available to purchase from the shop hatch.
Although our shop is not open for you to enter you can request any items before your visit to collect on the day or during the day at the hatch. If you would like to purchase a gun you can make an appointment with the tech who will arrange a selection for you to look at/test.
Please note bookings are neither cancellable or transferrable to an alternate date once made but they can be transferred into another name by phone or email if needed. You can also take a late booking on the day by emailing the night before an event for any available spaces, this can be paid on arrival. If we are made to close due to covid all bookings will be placed on hold for you to book at a future event of your choice with no time limit.
Upcoming events will be advertised here dates left in 2020 are 6th December 2020 and 20th December 2020, these events are advance booking only.
Entry Only - Members £13 or Non members £18.
Hire package (includes entry, weapon, 2 x mags, 5000 bbs and facemask) Members £35 or Non members £40.
On site rules
You are required to follow government guidelines on “social distancing” these measures are in place at all times, please respect them.
On arrival one person at a time can report to the shop area, there is a hatch at the front window where you can register your attendance and pay for any shop items you have requested. There is plenty of space to form a socially distanced queue but please do not block through routes.
Unfortunately our clubhouse is remaining closed so no refreshments are available here, feel free to bring drinks with you but please take your litter home. Limited soft drinks and snacks will be available at the shop hatch.
Toilets: Male Toilet, please no more than two people in the toilet at any one time. There will only be one urinal and one cubical available for use. Female Toilet, only one person in the toilet at any one time. Only one cubical will be available for use. Both male and female toilets will be sanitised before, during and after each event. Toilets have been fitted with electric hand driers and electric soap dispensers. Please adhere to social distancing guidelines when using the facilities.
All participants will receive a full safety briefing pertinent to the event to explain safety measures to be followed.
Please ensure you keep your equipment with you and never touch/use anyone else’s kit. We will not have the trailer out carrying your kit around but we will dedicate some large areas at selected respawn points where kit can be left if necessary.
No ‘knife kills’ or physical player contact is allowed at any time for obvious reasons.
There will be a new procedure for both team arm bands and chrono to ensure social distancing and that we use outside areas only, these will be explained to you at safety brief so please have all kit ready before this time to avoid delays getting out to the field.
Hand sanitiser stations have been placed at frequent intervals around the site please ensure you make regular use of these stations.
Any items of kit & equipment or props used by the customers will be cleaned & sanitised prior to and after every use, throughout the activity when necessary. Hire face masks will be cleaned and placed in sealed bags for use.
Any cleaning or sanitising of items required by customers with hire kit will be provided with this upon request in the safe zone and also made available in field if needed
There is additional signage placed around the site encouraging and reminding of the need to remember to adhere to safe Covid 19 guidelines and to encourage good hygiene practice
Staff will wear appropriate PPE where required and also practice social distancing measures.
